The Family Facilitator program is unique to Grandview Children's Centre. By definition, a Family Facilitator is the parent of a child with special needs able to provide resources and support to other families caring for children with special needs.
Caring for a child with special needs can leave some parents/guardians feeling isolated and alone. If you would like to be connected to other families dealing with challenges similar to your own so you can share information and resources, contact Grandview's Family Facilitator to request Family Networking. Facilitated group meetings and/or networking by email or telephone can be arranged.
